If I preorder a custom set, how long is the wait?

Generally it is 8 weeks if it’s not in stock.  That's the from the time you order until its at your house.  If you do preorder we give you an approximate arrival date that is generally quite accurate. Our patio products are all hand-woven from scratch and then exported and shipped to us via ship. Canadian Customs is the only part of the shipping process that we cannot control. 99% of orders will arrive and go through customs within 3-5 days after it ports.


Canadian Customs does spontaneous manual inspections for every company. It is unplanned and done manually. When this happens we are notified and then we notify our customers. This delay (while rare) does occur it can take 1-3 weeks in which we would provide each customer with a loaner model or a discount of the same value of the delivery fee which is 80$. In this rare event, a full refund is also an option.


What if Canadian Customs or another unforeseeable event delays my pre-order longer than 8 weeks?


Should the wait surpass the allotted 8 week order time there are two options available:


  1. A Full Refund. If we go pass the allotted time and you wish to have a refund, we will refund you no problem, no restocking fee, nothing.


  1. A loaner option. We will provide you (complimentary) the same model or close to the same model you’ve ordered to use in the interim-period (with no delivery fee charge) until the set you have ordered arrives.



In 2014 we faced the hurdle of the BC truckers strike. This strike delayed containers being delivered from the ports for over a month. Furthermore, because the strike lasted so long and the back up was so severe, ships bound for BC coasts were cancelled many thus backing up the entire chain for 2 months. As if one strike wasn't bad enough, in July and August 2014 there was another port strike, this time in the Western US which caused many US companies to ship their containers to Vancouver. The ports were completely overflowed and this event caused several more delays.

While this was the first time in 5 years of business we had seen such monumental delays occur, they did happen and we dealt with them as best we could. It is important to note that we as a company are always on your side. Delays to you are delays to us. 604Wholesale does our utmost best to ensure your purchase and experience is a pleasant and enjoyable one.


How are your prices so low? 

Our prices at 604Wholsale are some of the lowest and most competitive in the Greater Vancouver area for several reasons. Firstly our company operates on a very small staff. Secondly we have low overhead and low operating costs. Rather than having expensive and large storefronts in major shopping areas, 604Wholesale has 2 showrooms (Richmond and Langley) that are located in quieter areas. Additionally, since we do not accept credit card as a form of payment, we are able to avoid the high interest charges that credit card companies charge. These are just a few of the reasons that allow 604Wholeale to bring in the best quality product at the best prices.


Do you take credit cards?

No we do not. The methods of payment we offer are: Cash, Cheque, and E-transfers. By not accepting credit cards we as a company are able to keep our product prices lower by avoiding the interest charges.

We got our sectional/patio set home and it’s too big. Can we return it?

Yes! At we want you to be happy with your purchase.  While other companies say it, we actually mean it.  Should you get the product home and it doesn’t work we offer a 48hour window for a full refund or exchange (unless you have damaged the product). We do hope you would want something else we carry but even if you just want your money back we will gladly return it. The only cost we do not refund is the delivery charge.


I love one of your sectionals but it is too big/too small. Can it be lengthened? Can if be shortened? Is there a charge?


YES for outdoor patio furniture. All of our patio furniture can be custom ordered and sizes can be altered, often for no extra charge! Only changes that involve enlarging the set by more than ½ a foot will have a minor upcharge.


Our Indoor furniture cannot be customized to size.


Are your indoor furniture products real leather?

Yes!  All of our products you see on both the website and in our showroom are made with genuine Aniline or Top Grain Italian leather. All prices on the site are quoted in Top Grain Leather prices. We do not carry bicast, split-grade, or bonded leather as it often cracks.  


I want to preorder indoor/outdoor furniture. Do I need to leave a deposit?

Yes, we require a minimum deposit of $500.00 upon placing your order. Once your order arrives the remaining cost can be paid upon delivery or pick up.  If for some reason the product is not as you ordered will refund you completely and not ask you to complete payment.



At 604wholesale we stand behind our product. So do our manufacturers. We insist on it or we don’t deal with them and we pass those assurances along to you, the customer. 


Every single product we represent is made with the highest quality materials and fabrics. In the event that something should arise with your product within the warranty time frame we will gladly replace it at no cost.


Warranty On Outdoor Furniture

There is a 5-year warranty on all our resin wicker furniture (the wicker will not fade or crack and the frame will not rust as its made with solid aluminum).


The cushions have a 1-year warranty including zippers. PLEASE NOTE: Over time fading of cushions colours will occur (especially in the darker fabric colours). Everything that is left out in direct sunlight will begin to fade eventually but fading in darker colors is more noticeable. The warranty on our cushions and covers does not include protection against fading; however, to re-cover your cushions it usually costs around $289.00 for the entire set on the belcarra and roughly $399.00 on the Larger sets (Barbados, Carmen, Venice and Dubai).


For dining tables we recommend placing a piece of cardboard over the glass during the winter. While it doesn’t usually get too cold in Vancouver, it’s a great method to ensure the glass is safe. Glass is NOT INCLUDED in the warranty.


Warranty On Fire Pits

The fire-pit warranty is one year on the cement base and frame and 3 year on the burner. We highly recommend covering the fire-pit in the offseason due to BC's heavy rainfall.  All the burners are made in the USA.


Warranty on Indoor Furniture

Each and every sectional, sofa, love seat and chair we sell comes with a 2-year warranty on the fabric, frame, and stitching (standard wear & tear excluded).
